Ugly Christmas Sweater Garland — Friday Afternoon

Decorate for the holidays with a set of mini ugly Christmas sweater ornaments! This project is a great way to try out sweater knitting for the first time. My favorite sweater technique is a top down seamless sweater. Discover how Raglan and Yoke sweaters are constructed and make mini versions to unravel the mystery. After our sweaters are made, we will have fun decorating them with various textures and colors. We will end with an Ugly Sweater Contest and crown a winner!

Skill Level: Beginner

Meet Your Instructor: Katie Clark has been crocheting and knitting for over 35 years. A member of the Craftsmen's Guild of Mississippi, she has been teaching fiber arts at her LYS and regionally since 2009. Her love of fiber and teaching drive her desire to build confidence and skill in her students. She is dedicated to the ongoing support of her students to encourage their success in making beautiful things.
